13/4/14

Unspoken words and
Passing looks,
Attempts at understanding -
blankness.

Silent pleas and calls
The rain falling against
my skin. The sun was
piercing, burning.

Scars of the past
and present. The
moon showed all
but hid from you.

Silent pleas
tears
falling
darkness.

Silence, alone
The only answer to my call
Was the wind and the moon,
Not you.

8/4/14

Sun streaks on unmade
Beds. Abandoned sheets.
Ruffled, tossled and used.
Empty, dirty cups
Stains on tables.
Whispers evade the
abandoned sheets,
mutters pursue them.
ruffled, tossled and used.
Lipstick stains in used cups,
Lipstick stains,
Leftover kisses and fading touches
Sun streaks in unmade beds.
Abandoned, memories and used.

30/3/14

Everything is lost, the
sun has started to fail
So the moon's beauty is shown;
The rain continues
falling against the skin
falling in pieces:
Blurring the lines.
Fallen leaves are
growing buds,
Silent chord and
fluttering doves:
Go to the sky
as the buds whither and
die.
Nothing is definite.

9/2/14

It's like a sea of colours,
Sun through the rain,
Dances amongst the falling leaves
and twirling with the wind.
A sea of colours,
an explosion
Bursting through;
the colours disintegrate
Travel  a p a r t.
A sea of colours,
A work of art,
A mesh of colours
Soaking and melting together
Lost amongst each other

14/2/14

Fluttering, flying words
and the stuttering, muttering mouths.
Cracking, snapping feelings
Beating, breaking hearts.
The muttering, stuttering mouths
feed the beating, breaking heart
That tires and tears the pulsing, spinning mind:
The body cracks and falls.

February

A sunset slant across your face
Memories collide with the scars of the future,
Tell me it's okay and breathe again,
The sun will continue setting
As the birds go down.
Nothing of worth isn't worth the work,
Love is truth, honesty and protection.
Nothing has changed I say
But everything says your face.
Trickles of misunderstanding and
lines of worry you're covering up
And filling in the cracks.
The dams break and the trees will fall,
I say it true that you don't always have to stand fall.
